As our release party was scheduled the 9th of May, we decided to feature it as a "Cinqo de Mayo" party. We coerced our Vineyard Manager, Joel Medina and his lovely wife Ely, into preparing Carne Asada Street Tacos with three different homemade salsas. We had heard that Joel was a great cook and what better way to find out. Our in-house "Chef" Eric Lindner agreed to hand over the main course to Joel and then he took on the task of making a great Gazpacho to accompany the Tacos. The food was Great!
