"La Dama Oscura" - The Dark Lady - is made from the same type of Sangiovese grapes and in the same style as that of the Montalcino region of Tuscany.
When Zinfandel arrived in California around the time of the Gold Rush it was grown on head trained vines. We continue in that tradition and harvest our grapes by hand to ensure quality.
