I first fell in love with Tempranillo as a vagabond student backpacking through Spain. I opened this yesterday and let it breathe a couple of hours while my husband cooked lamb chops on the grill. Dinner was perfect, the full-bodied wine bringing out the sweetness in the meat. Took me right back to that trip - just what I needed.
